30-Day Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

No Restocking Fees
Handbelle does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.
If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time of approximately 5–7 business days may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Please note that processing times may vary between financial institutions and payment providers.
Promotional Discounts
Promotional offers and discount codes must be applied during the checkout process before an order is completed.
Discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase generally cannot be added retroactively, and partial refunds for missed promotions are typically not available.
